Short Destressing Yoga Practice For New Parents
Busy parents often need Yoga more than anyone, but can't find the time for it.This is a very short Hatha Yoga class, followed by a relaxation. Running a busy home, lifting children and shoppings does take it's toll on the body, but also on the mind. In this Yoga class we stretch the body and open up to create space. We focus on the breath to destress the mind. The poses in this yoga sequence are forward bends, backbends and a few twists to release tension in the arms and shoulders. The yoga practice ends with a lovely 3 minute relaxation, make sure you do that as well.
